Sadly, on 19 December Kim Peek died. He was the model upon whom Rainman was based.

Peek's rain dries up.

So glad you did this one. Nice write up in the NY Times. Barry Morrow wrote Rain Man after meeting him, and later a documentary available in five parts here.
