One explanation: (True story) When Nicolas Coppola decided he wanted to establish an acting identity separate from his director uncle, he looked to comic books for inspiration. About that time, Marvel started a new series called "Luke Cage: Hero For Hire". Nic took the title character's last name and never looked back. In the up-coming film, Kick-Ass he actually get to play a super-hero. |

Talk about scraping the conceptual barrel. Who wants to place bets that, if it does get made, i) Ridley Scott will not end up making it, and ii) it'll be a bag of shit even if he does?
