Monstrous reviews

These might not be a great surprise to those who partake in Baffy's weekly themed game.

NB:
The 70s "Kong" remake featured Jessica Lange, who also appeared in the remake of...
"The Beast" stars William Petersen.

The Last Airbender is set in a world where people have the ability to 'bend' (manipulate) one of the four elements Earth, Water, Fire or Air.

All words are prejudices.

2 excellent Swiss films from the 70s here. Nobody else has reviewed them, so:

Messidor is an increasingly bleak film about 2 young women randomly hitching lifts, meeting various men, & getting deeper into trouble a plot that may sound a little familiar.

The Invitation is a sharp comedy about a timid office drone who inherits a lot of money, buys a big house in the country, & invites his former colleagues to a party (which, naturally, gets out of hand).

Ditto me as a Canuck tot. Still remember the theme song--

Robin Hood, Robin Hood riding through the glen
Robin Hood, Robin Hood with his merry men....

And I'm still straight.

Sure, that's what I was playing on. If titles couldn't be used as reviews then a whole lot of us would be in a whole lot of trouble!
