Not to worry Choccy. The same angel whispered beautifully in my ear this week that I had been duly rewarded for my willingness to share the fruits of my labours, and that self-promotion and vote sharing were seen as my eagerness to bestow votes upon my fellow active members of the Fourum in kind. This had won me a special place at the side of the creator (O Benj, o wholly Benj). It is a sin to hide one's light under a bushell - create your fwfrs and display them proudly at every opportunity to further spread the good word to all corners of our community: a veritable feast of global fourwordedness.
Like all heavenly visitations: it's all in the interpretation.
Er... okay.
(My interpretation: "just keep on FWFRing".)

Is it too late to say that I was splattered with votes as well? I didn't count them, but it was plenty! |

The deadline was yesterday Larry. Don't you read your memos?

Much ado about voting, my hat is doffed to the generous one who is remaining nameless. |

I guess it's too late to say that I got none.

Well, it is my turn to say thanks to whomever was generous to me. Opened up my page this morning to not only find a huge list of voted on reviews, but that my Anne of a Thousand Days review now has gotten the needed missing vote to put it back into the top 500! Hurrah!
Thank you to the kind, generous soul who gave me all these votes!

I was hit with votes AGAIN. This is getting embarrassing. I want to reciprocate, but to whom? If I don't find out, I'll just join in the vote-giving spree and sprinkle some sunshine around. |

I got a load of votes last night as well (about 90 of my top 100). I assumed that it couldn't be this as it was timed exactly when A.C. was giving out votes, even though I technically didn't qualify for those.
So, thanks instead to the mystery voter assuming now that they are from them. |

As I said in my mysteriously lost personal message, Salopian (which I have now sent as an email and if THAT doesn't arrive, I'll assume you're ignoring them), those votes were from me to thank you for solving my mystery. That was definitely related to my other thread. |

All right, steady on. I've just seen that message in my inbox. No previous message arrived: I checked my inbox, spam folder and the message page here and said so in the other thread. There was no reason to infer that I was ignoring anything. |

Okay, I've just never had the experience of having a message not arrive before. Sorry for the inference. |

FWFR PMs disappearing are not uncommon, I've had a few. Also delays of 12 hours or so are common enough. It's certainly a lot less reliable than normal email. |
