It's a bit of a tenuous link, but Mrs C was talking to a friend at church, who said "My daughter's in Alice in Wonderland." It turns out that friend's son-in-law will be starring as Martin Luther King in this some time next year. Looks as though it could be good.

Too cool. I hope he does a good Southern accent. My good friend's boyfriend's sister dates John Patrick McCormack, with whom we went to dinner when they visited here. He signed two of my DVDs - Catch Me If You Can and Armageddon - he appeared in both of them. Then, of course, we all know BaftaBabe.

David Patrick Kelly or Michael Beck? In other words, was he a good guy or a bad guy?

Michael Beck. His real name is John Michael Beck Taylor, and he went by "Mike Taylor" in college, but there was already another one in Equity, thus the stage name. Great guy. Still is.

That movie used to flip me out. My boyfriend at the time would go around clicking two beer bottles together and screech "Warriorssss!! Come out to play-yah!"

It won't be the first time he's played a "King". He had the title role in the Royal Shakespeare production of Henry V.
