Hot Tub Time Machine
I gave it 3/5 but look back on it more fondly than that would suggest. It's obviously an intentionally absurd premise, but it carries it off. I didn't get the impression though that the dates were supposed to not add up, and that sort of thing always annoys me as there is no point. I wonder whether it took a few years to get off the ground.
Looking back on the other hand, I don't remember a lot other than the general premise and the arm gag, so I guess 3/5 is fair. |

I just rented and watched this movie tonight. I was totally anxious to watch this movie. I love the 80s. But when a certain actor showed up in this movie.....it totally turned me off. Got me upset even.
You mean to tell me Crispen Glover didnt do Back to the Future 2 or 3 because he didnt get paid enough. Yet he will show up in this mediocre movie? Are you serious? I was actually thinking of buying this movie. But not now. The movie made me laugh alot....but Crispen Glover ruined the whole experience! |
