I did actually consider that, but decided it was better to keep some of the cadence of the original phrase intact rather than alter it both ways.
Fair enough. I've submitted that half then, if that's all right.quote: Incidentally - I caught this film on TV recently having overlooked it at the cinema and loved it. A total surprise - given the awful title and concept - how genuinely hilarious it was.
Good to know. I quite wanted to see it at the cinema but didn't manage, and I hardly catch any films on T.V. and fewer still on D.V.D. |

It's been approved. Not sure whether I should keep it.

Agreed, I laughed out loud throughout. Both your reviews for it are great. Nice set from pizza as well.

Thanks [matt]!
I can't really offer advice Salopian. I don't mind it being there, as I said it's an idea I passed on. Looking at it though I've a feeling I may have passed on it because I also don't like the word... Catsup. Bleh. :-) |

[matt], you need to submit some more reviews, [mate]. I've run out of votes for you.
OK, just wanted to say that there's a lot of grim reality going on in my life currently, including about 500 hours of study outside work hours & 3 exams between now & late Nov. This means that my participation on the site is likely to be minimal until the end of the year.
If I'd known I'd still be here when I signed up over 4 years ago I might have put more thought into choosing a user name. Now seems like a good time to change it from the irredeemably obscure lamhasuas (lámha suas is Irish for 'hands up') to ciúnas (Irish for silence or quietness, pronounced kew'-nass). This is an online name I use on other sites & it has the virtue of being rather more accessible, visually at any rate.
Cheers.

Dear Mr Quiet
I for one am sad to hear that real life is threatening reel life. But I wish you all good things and hope you'll have time to pop back every little once in a while.
Shhhh.

Oh what's that Mr. Big Ciúnas (like no one made that joke before) can't handle a little student pressure, so he's breaking ties with his best interweb freands. Jokings aside, I wish you keep the chair spinning and get the stuff done. I suspect the site will be still here when you return.
