VV!
By the way... my "Taking Sides" review is good - it's even got three meanings. No votes? What's up with you lot?
Let's go through it -
A Major holds the investigation. "A Major" is a musical key. The investigation is into a musician. He's a conductor. The investigation is conducte...
oh forget it. |

Maybe something more simple like "Conducts, investigation." would be better.
Anyhows Vv Sludge, Matt, all filled can't vote, same old same old.

Thanks Zooks. Don't see how simplifying it makes it better... it doesn't make it clearer or even as much sense as my way. Never mind. Really loved your "Skeleton Key" review. |

Oh man I didn't read the whole post through, I just noticed words 'conductor' and 'investigation', and went loud mouth.
Thanks for the review hail.

Make it a lower-case m and it'll get my vote. Well, you did ask.

Got a vote from me. No idea why that's so under-voted.

Re: any comment in this post on English usage...
don't you mean thread? Or maybe, "on this post." Otherwise you're only giving instructions to yourself. [Come to think of it, that's probably a ripping good idea!] I'm only sub-editing here for clarity. |

Well yes, that's exactly why I asked for feedback. You use a capital to signify a title or rank. Without it the review would just be "a major investigation", rather than one markedly held by a Major. |

Thanks for your input, but no, the wording is exactly as I intended, as always; it doesn't give instructions to myself at all. |
