Hehe. It was rather obvious, but thanks for the attribution. I think one of my non-FWFR friends (the few I've got left) was offended by it.

I saw that. I was gonna step in and say "sorry, I think you missed the pun" but then realised that as a non-fwfrer (s)he couldn't be expected to have picked it up so I left it alone.

Beats Celebrity Reslab, friend. Or Taxi Into Oblivion. Or Conaway He Goes. Or Bobby WheeledOff.

Sorry. My near-Morbid Obesity has led to Morbid Morbidity.

I think his finest hour was on Taxi, as cabbie and aspiring actor Bobby Wheeler. Getting a gig to be a bunny at a kid's party, the kid's mother being a bigshot director, his entertainment of the kids consisted entirely of enacting the gut-wrenchingest scene from "Whose Life Is It, Anyway?" It was a great script, and he was the right man for the job.

RIP, Jeff, and I'm glad your tough struggles are over.

I agree, that episode was a classic.

I also noticed that and also restrained myself from commenting. Even if, as a (libertarian-leaning) conservative, I "lack a sense of irony."
