I am so sad to report the death of a wonderful woman, a great addition to all our screen experience.
Miriam, or Mim as we knew her, shared a vitality, an indomitable spirit, an infectious laugh, and her unshakeable belief in the need to combat injustice where ever it appeared. As an actress she was courageous and committed. Not many at the time would have risked their careers with a shocking rape scene in A Clockwork Orange.
Dear Miriam. Finally Out.
