In the 1929 Noah's Ark there are two narratives, a contemporary one and the biblical.

Edge of Darkness features Errol Flynn rallying the Norwegian resistance movement in WWII.

Boy is a Japanese film in which the parents of a 10-year old train him to jump in front of moving cars to extort $ from the drivers.

Hollywood took the hugely successful book The Naked Ape by Desmond Morris and made a terrible movie out of it.

In Altman's Secret Honor, Philip Baker Hall gives us an over the top look at Tricky Dick Nixon's last days in the White House.
