Benj: Did you "correct" my Swiss Gang Bang review? I developed the review first, then looked for an adult film located in Switzerland. since I only looked for the title in IMDB, I didn't notice that the cast list was, erm, all male. (I would like to think that if I were to ever see the film I'd notice rather quickly.) Fortunately someone switched it from "Berne naked ladies" to "Berne naked laddies".
If so, I appreciate the accuracy.

Yep- you have tfb to thank for that. He contacted me to point out the error (I'm not asking him how he knew it was a gay film, mind ) and suggested the slight mod. Glad you're okay with it- thought you'd appreciate it more than losing the 10+ votes |

It was a review I really liked, so I suggested the change to keep it on site.
btw....Sean told me he had it in his collection.

Foxy just can't admit that he knew the review was wrong, as he wore the video out on his 200th viewing. Do you think someone should tell his wife?

If she reads this, then I'd say you just did... !

Just noticed this review of "Paths of Glory" by Jymkata:
Michael's dad fights Nazis.
The film is set in WW1, well before the Nazis.

Grant, Lombard = free spirits
Now I appreciate free spirits as much as anyone, particularly if its a double scotch, but Miss Lombard is so free she's not even in the film. Isn't this taking free-spiritedness a little too far, even for Carole?

Hi, Its that old pedant Whippersnapper again...
For Porterhouse Blue Conan The Inventor posted:
Headmaster raises Porterhouse stakes
I think this should be amended to Master instead of Headmaster.
There should also be a warning for vegetarians, something like "Beware, carnivorous joke approaching." Can that be arranged?

Having missed this film, I am happy to bow to your superior knowledge and lose my head (just not the rest of the review). PS Apologies to any offended vegetarians.

I'm grateful to Blighty's Channel4 for briefing me on this one (they showed The Cider House Rules last night). The action is set in the 1940s (1943-44?), so it's hard to understand how # 1 stunna's review (1800's trailer trash glorification.) can be accurate. Even if it were revised to '1900s...' I don't see how it could be regarded as accurately describing the film.

"The Eagle Has Landed" :
Clint with everlasting ammo.
If only Clint were in the film!
Possible confusion with "Where Eagles Dare" dare I suggest?
I shall continue to keep my eagle eyes open...
