But when you think of it, are there any films where everything goes well on a sub? Grey Lady Down, Red October, Crimson Tide, 20,000 Leagues (any version), heck even Periscope Down.

Now, THERE's a lusty idea for those x-rated remakes ... something about going down on a sub!!

3. Thanks for the vote.
4. My wording was more aimed at the fact that I thought the Beatles' film was less than it might have been.

But I'll go sailing with you anytime, hon.

Thanks for that. Especially since, on further consideration, my last post sounds defensive and petty.

Well, at least 'Operation Petticoat' was a comedy.

And how about a sub-par review?

You are shameless in your pursuit of votes, LemmyCaution ... I doubt whether even Eddie Constantine was so shameless. But I tossed a vote yer way, anyway. Or, [ahem ] maybe that was because of a nostalgia moment ... which I MAY reveal someday, if you're all good children, about a brief but memorable affair with FS. Oh, I really should write my memoirs ... more than 4 words, though

Sweet! BaftaBabe, Blue Eyes. As they say in Grease tell me more, tell me more, tell me more. Did he keep his rug on?

Here are my five newest.
Hmm... it looks like the theme here is (mostly) CGI talking animal movies.
