Review Quality Reduction. Presumably people are promoting their best neglected reviews first, so in future cycles they will be promoting reviews of lower quality, this may cause people to become bored and quit. The way to avoid this is for people to stop participating when they get to the point where they have no more reviews worthy of promoting. This doesn't stop them going through FYC's and spreading votes though!
I am saving the best for later.
Into our 200th FYC and we are still waiting for them.
