Some notes:
"Charlie" used same actor to film all gazillion Oompa Loompas.
"Little Buddha" stars Keanu ("My Own Private Idaho") Reeves.
"Never Say Never Again" was an obvious recycling of the "Thunderball" script.
"Bubba Ho-tep" involves two mental patients -- one thinks he's Elvis, the other thinks he's JFK -- fighting a mummy.
"Red October" stars Sean Connery, who has a very distinctive manner of speaking. "Today, we sail into history!" was one of his lines.

Wow, for a second there, I thought everyone had gotten up at 5 in the morning to post! Then it occurred to me that many (most?) of you live in completely different parts of the world from me, and have probably been awake for 6 or more hours.

(Arrogant Americans, always messin' up!)

...speak of the devil, Koli....

Five recently reviewed and approved from the 90s.

Notes: Ione Skye's sister in "Gas Food Lodging" is called Shade.
In "New Nightmare" the character of Freddy Krueger crosses over into the real world.
"League of their Own" is about an all girl baseball team.

Hardy har har. Absolute worst place to live to begin FYCTH is the North American East Coast, unless you're a late late show fan. By 6 a.m. FWFR time, it's far too late for me to get into it [or even understand what FYCTH is any more!]. But it is easier for some night owls on the West Coast to stay up late enough on a Sunday or Wednesday night to start the thing off. [Cool, you're a young tapper, right?]

The timing favors early-rising Brits, and workaday Aussies. But since this is a British site, that's exactly as it should be.

What do one Vietnam vet, two islands, and an enchanted board game have in common?

Have visited, viewed, and voted to here.
