Does Trinity get captured in one of the Matrix films - just curious if one of you many skilled sci-fi folks could help out.

I think she is held captive by police right at the start of the first movie. She escapes with her amazing moves.

Not a complaint but a gentle hint that it might be better to ask film queries in the film queries section. Isn't that what the section was put there for?
