Thanx MERPs for the hard work I have to say that I think the cap is working and my approvals are coming reasonably steady and I am happy.
Thanks for all the hard work!
Knowing that Benj is enjoying his honeymoon and you are keeping the ship going in the right direction is great, really appreciated!
