But...
this and this got there first, methinks.
Having said that, it's a great review. |

Yeah, this is another good reason for Benj to bring in an identical review check, even for different films, so the reviewer can decide whether he wants to submit his review even if someone else has already used it for another movie.
I know he was considering this and I'd certainly like to see it.

Voted for both of those too now. :) It's a great pun. |

Good pun. Voted for Tequila Mockingbird's (the first). |

Yes, it is a superb pun.
However, 3 identical reviews seems pointless to me. Bring on Benj's checker! I have been pleased with a new review only to discover that somebody beat me to it long before |

This had to be one of those things that camped out in my subconscious - I had previously voted for both but did not have that in mind when I submitted it. I remember the specific and much slighter pang of guilt for it being inspired by Chocolate Lady's FWFR for the new film.
Awwwww shucks. And I have one vote for each Henry. I think the only fair move is to dump it, in part because Chocolate Lady most likely thought of this and opted not to use it since she had it elsewhere.
As I checked these, I noticed the "Boleyn goes topless" pun by Randall in Anne of the Thousand and Yukon in Henry VIII. Can't tell which one's newer.
Sigh.
I've submitted a very different one now, but that's off the pending pile due to 20 entries, so I'll try again next week.
Thanks for the highlight, Tori! |

Respect to Sludge for doing the right thing. It's not easy when you thought of a really good pun independently but, as Zulu says, there's no point in having three identical reviews.
I'd just say that Chocky's review has some justification as it is applied to a film specifically about Anne Boleyn unlike Tequila's original which is more general.

Sludge, respect!
Somebody check whose is earlier on the one you cited [I've never been able to figure out how to to do that!], and if mine was a laggard, I'll chunk it. |

Randall:- 255821 Yukon:- 273279
So yours was first.
It's easy to work that out. Hold your mouse over either the Vote button or the Report button (or if it's your own review the Edit button) and read the number in the bottom of your browser window (that's called the Status Bar in IE). The lower number was first.
If you don't want to show the Status bar, then you can also right click the Edit/Report/Vote buttons and select Properties, the ID number is displayed there.
No idea how to do this in other browsers as I've never used any others. But I'd hope they'd be able to display the actual address of a link without being forced to click it.
Actually, there's another way to display the ID. Click the Report button and note the ID number at the end of the address in the address box at the top of your browser. E.g., on your review, Randall, I get this:-
http://www.fwfr.com/report.asp?id=255821
which displays the ID at the end of the link.
There are no end of ways to display the ID of a review. |

Someone has let me know that I've stirred up discord by posting this thread in the first place and that I shouldn't have posted it. My apologies. |
