Oops, sorry. I thought yours was new. Strange that it had not got more votes before now.

On me 'ead!

A couple of footie ones in honour of England's 3-0 victory over Russia last night and Scotland's improbable 1-0 defeat of France.

As for what the others are about, well, search me. I only wrote them.

Voted thru Koli.

...I always try to 'tag' a reviewer's submission page at LEAST once. Would feel guilty leaving without showing appreciation, but it's not always easy.

Some of you, though.... I 'TAG' the Bejesusouttaya!!!

Well, CF, it's up to you, but the deal here is that everyone shows their reviews and reads everyone else's. There's no obligation at all to vote for anyone's reviews if you don't feel the reviews merit it.

As Nancy said, if you don't want to, just say no!

Trust me, WS, any sense of 'obligation' I have to vote on submissions is a burden I bear with full knowledge of the listed rules. I certainly don't throw around votes willy nilly, as I know personally how difficult they are to come by.

My comment was actually meant to be more of a sidenote on how difficult it seemed to be this round to find the gems, those that so often seem to be prevalent.

And... Nancy actually told EVERYBODY to 'Just say no!' not just those who didn't 'want to.' She was quite the maverick, that one.

I'll second that. But the Excalibur review was the one I didn't vote for. I'm sure I'm missing a pun, but what is it?

PS Inspected through to Salopian.

I'm guessing it's a reference to the scene where Arthur and Lancelot are fighting and Arthur drops Excalibur into the water, and then the Lady of the Lake rises up with it again...
