Sean's Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt

Sean Says:

Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Simon Says: Try these on for size.

Strangely enough: Two of the soldiers in Kelly's Heros are nicknamed Oddball and Crapgame. In the movie The Slugger's Wife, a baseball player for the Braves marries a female rockstar. In A Room with a View, Julian Sands plays George, whom Lucy falls in love with, thereby helping her break off her engagement to Mr. Vyse. And in The Prisoner of 2nd Ave., Jack Lemmon plays Mel Edison - a man who gets laid off of work, then has his apartment robbed and so proceeds to go bonkers. Finally, Brighton Beach Memories is a semi-autobiographical account of playright Neil Simon's youth.

The Dead, The Undead, and comic salvation.

Since some of these are older than you are, I offer a bit of rationale:

City of Missing Girls involves dodgy gangland doings in a drama school.

I'll bet you can guess the 3 zombie films.

The Ten presents a series of short sequences each predicated on one of the commandments. It was supposed to be a comedy, but only some were actually funny.

She asks me why
I'm just a hairy guy
I'm hairy noon and night
Hair that's a fright
I'm hairy high and low
Don't ask me why don't know
It's not for lack of bread
Like the Grateful Dead

Gimme head with hair
Long beautiful hair
Shining, gleaming,
Streaming, flaxen, waxen

Give me down to there hair
Shoulder length or longer
Here baby, there mama
Everywhere daddy daddy

As you know:
Woodstock: As you know, the Woodstock generation tuned in, turned on, and dropped out.

I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry: One of Adam Sandler's more notorious sketches on Saturday Night Live was Canteen Boy, who was hit on hugely by his scout leader, played by Alec Baldwin. It seems Canteen Boy joined the Fire Department.

Stardust: Tristan tries to win the heart of Victoria by going on a quest to retrieve a star that has fallen.

Hair: From the heart of the hippie era, the film from the stage play, which includes nudity, lots of long hair, and the songs Aquarius and Hair.
