Yup, it's good, isn't it? It's obviously the year for great adults' animated Middle Eastern war-related films.
Hhmmm, is it a documentary, though? The vast majority of the images make it an autobiopic, but I assume some of the speech is straight from interviews (rather than re-spoken by actors)... O.K., I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
By the way, I think your other review for that film would be stronger with a different I---- word, and I don't get your first Max Payne review. |

And one of them couldn't have raised any objections had it been rejected with 'Title play only', but I guess the MERPs prefer to apply that to films whose titles actually describe them. |

Nice punctuation joke in the second one. Add punctuation to the first one and I'll vote for it too.
I was attempting to stay closer to the actor's name and think the apostrophe would throw the review. Wish you'd vote for it anyway. |

I wish I'd become very good-looking but it's not going to happen! With either form no one would miss that it is a play on his name. |

I understand the majority of the talking heads (4 out of 6?) are animated from the original footage they shot in interview. In one instance a friend of Folman's said that he could use his voice but not his face in the film; perhaps prompting part of the idea for animating the interviews... but it's certainly a documentary in the sense it is about the whole experience of the Lebanon war from multiple perspectives using the framework of rediscovering his memories.

I see what you mean.. the same "I" is less effective.
As for the other review, pretty straightforward, Beau Bridges plays the character BB Hensley.

Well, that's certainly not what makes it a documentary, as the same could describe it even were it all re-acted as a biopic. However, I agree that it is a documentary if some of the original speech was kept. "DocumentAri" would be a better form, though.

Ah, O.K. Could you please just confirm that that character name is in the video game, rather than as a result of the actor playing him? |

Confirmed! I remember from when I played it, but you can check on wikipedia.
As for internal capitalisation... I've never been a fan. I know the breaking hypen isn't the perfect solution either, but I do prefer it. |

O.K., I'll vote for that one too then.

It's both the hyphen and the decapitalisation of someone's name (which I don't consider a valid thing to do) that I don't like. However, you already have my vote on that one. |
