The challenge this time is to post reviews which are each the only one for its film.
I was already going to use this theme, as there's something very striking about a solitary great review occupying a film's page, as though the reviewer has entirely nailed it. However, I have chosen it now and amended it slightly because of A.C.'s suggestion here.
To work towards A.C.'s goal, please post at most ten reviews older than I.D. number 469693 (which was submitted early on Monday 2nd August F.W.F.R. time). In contrast, you are free to post as many reviews submitted after that as you want. If a solo review gains neighbours after you have posted it, please remove it from the thread (rather than just striking through); you can replace it with another if you want to.
Post a link to each film using the short, unsorted form of the U.R.L. like so (with whatever domain you like) and give clear spoiler warnings where appropriate.
Please do not post just to say that you have viewed and/or voted (which can be taken on trust). You are very welcome, though, to highlight specific reviews that's a lot more interesting for everyone.
Like all challenges, this will be completely open-ended, due to the variable speed of approvals and the fact that inspiration does not come at will. Good luck!
Other challenges are listed here. If anyone has more ideas, please let me know. I've got a few pending, but it's always good to have new ones. |
