As per cankle's suggestion, here's a thread where we can highlight new reviews that we consider worthy of praise.

Sorry - I don't know how to isolate someone else's single review - but here's a page of BiggerBoat's most recent. You're bound to find something to like among these!

If you do want to highlight a single review it's a fairly simple process BB - you just alter the address line to point to the review you want to highlight. I think BiggerBoat's "Footloose" review is great - which is currently the second of the reviews on the page of 100 you linked to... so....

We alter the existing page:

http://www.fwfr.com/display.asp?sort=4&dir=1&id=6912&Mode=reviewer&Rows=100&Start=1&do=

by changing the number of Rows (currently Rows=100) to Rows=1

which gives us

http://www.fwfr.com/display.asp?sort=4&dir=1&id=6912&Mode=reviewer&Rows=1&Start=1&do=

That now points us to the first on that page of 100 films. To make it point to "Footloose" we tell the page to look at the second review, by changing the "start" point (currently Start=1) to 2.... like so...

http://www.fwfr.com/display.asp?sort=4&dir=1&id=6912&Mode=reviewer&Rows=1&Start=2&do=

Finally, apply vote!

The best way to isolate a single review (i.e. the way in which it is least likely to change) is as follows:

Go to the film's page.

Sort by real (not anti-) chronological order.

Select My reviews only.

Change your I.D. number in the U.R.L. to the person's in question.

Change the Start number as needed.

Change the Rows number from 100 to 1.

This link will only become wrong if the review is removed or if an older review by the same person for the same film is added or removed.
