Morning Baffs.

Since when has "busdriver" been one word?

OK, I'm changing it. Thanks.

A bit of a mixture of films today. The rundown is lying about Communism, a surprise ending of a certain package, bitchness in high school, love between a woman and a monkey and some funny but very unPC cultural diversity. I don't condone the language, but it is funny.

If you have not seen Toyko Breakfast, here is the link.

Im in for another round. With four newbies and an oldie The Fog review was my very first approval.

Special thanks to Lemmycaution who helped me with my McCabe & Ms. Miller review in another thread. Lemmy, Im giving you five votes as a token of my appreciation. So go ahead and post five really crappy reviews.

Odds & Sods

No theme this time. Just catching up on some unloved reviews.

50 Greatest Documentaries Spoiler alert: #1 on the title list is the Michael Apted's 1964 classic about British children from various social strata at a very young age with septennial follow ups. That documentary title is shared with a soft drink. (I'm trying real hard not to say that the top doc on the list is Seven Up so I've hid it in invisiotext.)

C.R.A.Z.Y. may be one of the best films ever made in Canada. It was nominated this year for 11 Genies (our Oscars) and won 9. The title comes from the initials of the children in the family, Christian, Raymond, Antoine, Zachary and Yvan.

The rest should not need explanation, but I do carry on my recent tradition of including yet another "Snakes on a Plane" review and/or parody.

Shouldn't asteriods and steriods be asteroids and steroids? Just a thought.

I asked that the spelling be corrected in the appropriate thread. But Benj is just one man and can't do everything at once.
