Thought Koli's "Turn of the sentry" was clever, considering also the year the film was made.
Shiv, your Capote review is similar to my own, though I don't know that mine would garner as many votes as yours has.
Oops. That was my 4th submission for a review that pinpointed that fact. Went for alliteration in the end. But by the time I was on the 3rd and 4th rewrite I wasn't rechecking the other reviews.
What's the protocol here?
No worries here. You can keep it as is if you'd like. I even voted for it myself. I, too, liked the alliteration of yours.

Isn't it funny how you have high hopes for some of your reviews and they receive only a measly amount of votes (if that), and others that you just phoned in receive so many?
Don't take this the wrong way - please do not vote for it if you don't like it - but I loved my "Nude Shakespeare" review the best this time out. In fact, I am still giggling at it. Maybe it's because I'm twelve, but still.
Anyway, good round so far, and the above is but an observation, and not a tawdry trick.

I hear ya, Ali! At the same time, ever have one o' those weird reviews that you think is a throwaway that'll get 1 or 2 votes (if that!), and it ends up stealin' the show?
Never can tell what those wacky, wacky foofers will do!

This is what I assumed when I wrote my reviews. |

I would too, but people are going to have to say what the car names are that they are punning on. I have never heard of most of them. |

Oh, yes. My one review for The DaVinci Code (Seize the Opus Dei) is one, for example.

I don't think Jesus would drive at all.
If he wanted a lift, he could just hail Mary.

Oh no, I think he would. Of all those cars, I think he would have chosen one. |
