Okay, I'm game....
I have one for Who Is Killing The Great Chefs Of Europe?, which is not only clever but also seemingly so misunderstood that it's been on my "pending" pile since last April.
And it is:
"Death takes a hollandaise."
See? Isn't that the cutest thing? It mentions death (as in the Who's Killing... part) and does a play on words with "hollandaise" instead of "holiday"! Y'see? It's FUNNY, I tell ya!!!
I'll go sit down now.... |

One of my pair of matching reviews has been approved for My Brother is an Only Child. Thanks for that, but please can the other one be approved too? It will always be a mess if they end up with different dates. |

I am going to be very cheeky and ask for seconds. Gosh - I feel just like Oliver Twist
This review Renoir makes big impression. has been pending since 26 January - six months - and is on its 2nd pass with "don't understand" as the decine reason.
The film is called Renoir, My Father.
This is the explanation I attached to the resubmission: "Renoir was a major exponent of impressionism. His film director son made this."
Please, MERPs - be like Dirty Harry and make my day

Not sure it makes any diffeence to the validaty of the review, since it is about Renoir, but I dont think "His film director son made this" is right |

Ooh, you're right! But it's based on his son's book.
I think the review's still valid, though -- innit?
UPDATE Hooray! Begging works!!
Thanks, mucho, MERPs

"A play about the life and work of the artist Auguste Renoir, based on the book by his film director son, Jean Renoir."
So I'm your first vote.

I don't normally like specifying unapproved reviews in the Fourum as it spoils them, but since B.B. naming her review here seems to have got it processed, I'll do so this time. The reviews are for My Brother is an Only Child:
"Bella gives Accio runaround." "Accio gives Bella runaround."
Bella gives Accio a small car. He starts avoiding her. (I mentioned these points in the explanation boxes.) The events happen in that order, so I submitted them in that order. The second one is the one that has been approved, obviously. Please could the first one be approved too? |

Thanks MERPster. Here, I cunningly present them anti-chronologically so as to present them chronologically. |

I'd appreciate my second (or second today if I have any older ones) Kung Fu Panda review getting processed, as it contains a current reference. |
